For small law firms

You're good at what you do. More of the right clients should know it.

I've spent the past three years running and refining this system inside a small law firm. In 120 days, I build it inside yours, train your team to run it, and hand it over. You keep the system.

Who this is for

Your clients hire you, not your firm.

Family law Immigration Special education Employment Criminal defense

In these areas, people are usually looking for help with something stressful and personal. Before they call, they Google, scroll through social media, ask friends, compare, and try to figure out who they trust.

If that search is not finding you, you feel it: business is inconsistent, too much depends on referrals, or you are paying for marketing that stops the day you stop paying, and nobody at your firm can run it themselves.

This works best for small, owner-led firms, with or without a marketing department. If you have one, they get a system to run. If you don't, we train the person who will.

I use the same core system I’ve already proven, then build it around your firm: your topics, your clients, your intake process, and the way you communicate. The framework is proven. The way it works inside your practice is built for you.

Built for law firms, and I take other owner-led professional practices selectively.

What gets installed

One system, three jobs.

  • Turn your expertise into demand You already know the questions your best clients ask. I turn those answers into content across your website, Google, and social channels so the right people can find you, understand how you think, and trust you before they ever book a call.
  • The output of a marketing department, without hiring one I install the AI-assisted workflows I use every day: scripts, editing, repurposing, captions with your compliance language built in. An hour of camera time a week becomes content everywhere your clients look, produced in-house in a few hours. A one-page monthly report shows what it is all bringing in.
  • Own the system when I’m gone Everything is built on your accounts, documented, and handed over to your team. I train the person who will run it after the 120 days, so your marketing does not disappear the moment you stop paying me.

For many small firms, the fees from one or two new clients pay for the entire install.

Why me

I built this inside a law firm before I ever offered it to one.

I'm Tim Ravare. For the past three years, I've led marketing and built new systems inside a special education law firm in California.

I helped take the firm from barely being seen online to a full consultation calendar. Along the way, I built the content engine, website and booking flow, internal AI tools, and team processes needed to support that growth.

When something wasn’t working, I could do more than recommend a change. I could build it.

That experience taught me how the marketing, technology, intake, and day-to-day work of a firm have to fit together.

I bring the same proven core system into your firm, build it around the way you actually work, train your team to run it, and hand the whole thing over after 120 days.

Special education law firm · California

Where I built and proved the system.

This is the system I run at Hope4Families, where I lead marketing in-house. When I joined, the firm had almost no online presence and no repeatable way to turn attention into consultations.

Over the next three years, I built and ran the system from inside the firm: the content, website and booking flow, the processes behind them, and eventually the internal tools that made parts of the work easier for the team.

What changed

  • Grew the social media following from near zero to 220,000+ across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Reached about 100 consultations booked each month
  • About 90% of consultations come through the website and booking flow

These are whole-firm results over three years. The attorneys, staff, reputation, and systems I built and ran all contributed. All figures are as of September 2026; platform counts are public profile totals.

What I bring into your firm

I bring the same proven core, then build it around the way your firm actually works: your expertise, your clients, your content, your intake process, and your team.

Need something more custom?

The core system is where we start. At Hope4Families, the deeper builds have included a tool that reads a full case file and drafts the legal complaint, and reporting that shows the partners how work moves through the firm. Builds like those are scoped separately, once the core is running and we can see where your firm actually loses time.

The offer

The Growth System Install.

The whole system as one fixed build: four milestones, roughly a month each, and a finish line. Not a retainer that never ends.

01

Foundations

Intake tracking live before any content goes out, so every inquiry from here on records where it came from. Baseline numbers captured, your site and profiles fixed, your first filming day.

Done when
  • Intake source tracking live and recording
  • Baseline numbers documented
  • Access and ownership confirmed in writing
  • Priority site and profile fixes shipped
  • First filming session complete
02

Engine on

Your formats locked in your brand, the pipeline live on your accounts, content publishing weekly, Google Business Profile built out.

Done when
  • Your formats built and approved in your brand
  • Publishing pipeline live on your accounts
  • Content going out weekly
  • Google Business Profile fully built out
03

Numbers live

Your monthly numbers page running, and four AI-assisted workflows installed on your firm's own computer and accounts: scripts for your practice area, one video turned into a week of posts, captions with your compliance language, and the numbers report. Your person trained on all of it.

Done when
  • Monthly numbers page running on your own data
  • Four AI-assisted workflows installed on your firm's own computer and accounts
  • Your person trained on each one
  • First monthly report reviewed together
04

Your team takes over

By this point, the system should work without me. Your designated person runs the full cycle using your accounts, your workflows, and the documentation we built together. I step back, watch for gaps, and fix anything that still depends on me. Once they can run it on their own, the install is complete. You then get 30 days of support while your team settles into running it without me.

Done when
  • Your person has run the full system without me doing the work for them
  • Content, publishing, intake tracking, reporting, and the AI-assisted workflows are running on firm-owned accounts
  • Written instructions are complete enough for someone new to follow
  • We review what changed from day one to day 120
  • Your 30 days of post-install support begins

Each milestone ends with something working inside your firm. You pay when the work listed under that milestone is complete, not because another month passed. If we stop between milestones, you keep everything already built.

On day 120, your firm runs the system without me.

By then, your team can:

  • Record a guided session each week and turn it into a week of posts across every channel
  • Publish consistently from accounts you own
  • Track inquiries through consultation and signed client
  • Run the AI-assisted workflows we built
  • Refresh your topic and FAQ library
  • Produce the monthly report
  • Train the next person using the documentation

And if that person leaves? The documentation is written for a stranger, not for them. The content backlog is built ahead on purpose, so the calendar keeps running while you train someone new, and the 30-day tail after handover exists for exactly that kind of week.

The manifest

What you walk away with.

Count it. Every line is yours when I leave.

Turn your expertise into demand

  • Two to three short-form content formats, built in your brand on my proven engines
  • Weekly publishing from month two, plus a content backlog that outlasts the engagement
  • A one-hour filming session each week. I direct the first ones, then your team runs them
  • A topic map of what your market actually asks, plus the method to refresh it yourself
  • An editing and scheduling pipeline running on your accounts, not mine
  • Your profiles and bios fixed on every platform
  • Your website audited and the priority fixes done
  • Your Google Business Profile claimed and fully built out
  • An FAQ hub structured the way Google and AI assistants look for answers in your city

The output of a marketing department, without hiring one

  • Four documented AI-assisted workflows on your firm's own computer and accounts: scripts, repurposing, captions with your compliance language, and the numbers report
  • One small custom AI tool aimed at your biggest bottleneck, if one fits inside the build
  • Intake tracking from first click through signed client and revenue, with a phone script for whoever answers your phone
  • A one-page monthly numbers report. We review the first one together
  • A final report comparing day one to day 120

Own the system when I’m gone

  • Your person trained on every piece, with written documentation for all of it
  • Everything already on accounts the firm owns; my access removed and credentials rotated at handover
  • 30 days of support after handover

What this is not

  • A full website redesign. I fix what is costing you inquiries; I do not rebuild your site
  • Paid advertising management
  • A CRM or practice-management migration. The tracking is built onto whatever you already use
  • Daily social media management or replying to your comments. The system publishes on schedule; conversations stay with your team
  • Editing your content for you after handover
  • Larger custom software builds. Small internal tools are part of the work; anything bigger is scoped separately
What this usually costs

A legal marketing agency runs $2,000 to $5,000 a month depending on your market, every month, for as long as you keep paying. Call it $3,000 and that is $36,000 in year one, as an ongoing operating expense. A full-time marketing hire costs a full salary plus employer payroll taxes and benefits, every year. Neither is a bad decision. They are just both recurring. This is the third shape: a finite install with a handover, and it ends with you owning the machine.

Milestone-billed · stop at any milestone $10,000

Four milestones. $2,500 as each one is finished. After the fourth, I stop billing you.

You approve each milestone before the next payment, and you keep everything already built.

No hourly billing. No scope-creep invoices.

You also carry your own tool subscriptions, roughly $100 to $500 a month depending on how much AI you run. All of it lives on accounts your firm owns, so when I leave, nothing turns off.

This is built for firms where the fees from one or two new clients cover the entire install. Whether that is true for you depends on your practice area, your average matter value, your intake capacity and your conversion rate. We look at those numbers together before either of us agrees to anything.

What I need from you

  • You, or a brand representative your clients will meet, on camera about an hour a week. People hire a person, and the strongest choice is you.
  • One person on staff who will own this after I leave, usually the office manager. A few hours a week during the build, three to five a week after handover.
  • Answers on approvals within two business days so the machine keeps moving.

No pitch deck. Bring your numbers, I will bring mine.

FAQ

Questions firms actually ask

How can something you built over three years be installed in 120 days?

Because you are not buying three years of growth. You are buying the system, the documentation, the training, and the lessons those three years produced. I already made the mistakes and threw out what did not work. The 120 days are for building it into your firm and training your team, not figuring out what works from scratch.

Why not just hire an agency?

If you want someone else to run your marketing indefinitely, an agency may be the better choice. I do a different job. I build the capability inside your firm, train your team to run it, and then leave. You keep what I built.

What happens when you leave?

Many of these arrangements fail exactly there: the consultant goes, and by month six nothing is publishing. I build against that. A content backlog is stacked ahead of handover, so the calendar survives a bad month. The documentation is written for a stranger, so it survives turnover. In month four, your person runs the full cycle while I step back and watch. And you get 30 days of support after handover.

What about client confidentiality and our data?

I get access to your marketing accounts, your site, and your intake tracking. Client matter files never enter the marketing systems. Custom builds that touch client files, like the drafting tool, are scoped separately with their own data rules. Every build comes with clear rules: what data AI can touch, what it can’t, what always gets human review before it goes anywhere. At handover my access is removed and every credential we touched is rotated, and I will sign your firm’s confidentiality agreement. I have a data addendum if your firm wants one.

How much of my time does this take?

You or a client-facing representative should expect about an hour on camera each week, plus quick answers on approvals. Your designated person will spend a few hours a week learning and running the system during the build, then roughly three to five hours a week after handover. I front-load access and setup at kickoff because you have a firm to run. The process is built around that.

Do I need to be technical? Does my staff?

You don’t need to be technical, and neither does the person who runs it. They do not need to code or understand AI beyond the workflows I set up. I train them while I build, and they should expect about three to five hours a week once I’m gone.

Why is it $10,000?

Because this is a finite build, not an ongoing service. You’re paying me to put the system in place, train your team, and leave it with you. Whether $10,000 makes sense for your firm depends on your average matter value, intake capacity, and what one or two additional clients are worth. We look at that before either of us commits.

What if we already tried this and it didn’t stick?

Usually, the problem isn’t that the firm picked the wrong software. Someone posted for a month, bought a tool, or launched a process, and nobody kept it going. I build this into how your firm already works and train someone on your team to own it before I leave.

My clients come from referrals, not the internet. Does this still work?

Often, yes. Referrals are valuable, and I’m not trying to replace them. The problem is depending on them for nearly all of your growth. The system gives you another way to be found, and it can support the referrals you already get. When someone hears your name and looks you up, they find a firm that clearly explains what it knows and who it helps. If you currently have very little online visibility, I’ll also be realistic about the timeline. Organic growth takes time. Show me how your last twenty clients found you and I can give you a much better read on where the opportunity is.

One 30-minute call. If I can help, I'll tell you how. If I can't, I'll tell you that too.

One requirement, worth knowing now

This only works with a visible expert on camera: you, or someone at your firm your clients will actually meet, for about an hour each week, guided. I direct the first sessions, and your team is trained on the editing workflow, so nobody needs editing skills. If that's a no, this isn't the right build, and it's better we both know before the call than after it.
